My work with Lindsey has been productive, healing, and I’ve felt a homecoming. I’m exploring how to embrace a spectrum of emotions, self regulation, trauma healing and processing. She encourages self love, verbal ventilation, and angering which have all been deeply cathartic. Lindsey creates a physically and emotionally safe container. She listens without judgement and comfortably holds [inner] space.
