Mondays at 7:30pm - Relax & Recharge

Feeling mentally exhausted, emotionally drained, or just in need of a reset? Come unwind and reconnect with yourself in this deeply restorative class. Whether you’re new to Kundalini or a seasoned practitioner, this class is designed to help you relax, recharge, and return to your center.

Tuesdays at 6:30pm - "Bro"-ga: Yoga for Men

This one-hour Yin Yoga class is designed specifically for men seeking balance, flexibility, and stress relief. No experience needed—just a willingness to slow down. Whether you’re tight from training or stiff from sitting, this class offers the reset your body needs, where strength meets surrender.

Wednesdays at 7:30pm - Relax & Recharge

Thursdays at 12:00pm - Vin to Yin with Linz

This 45-minute class seamlessly blends dynamic flow with deep relaxation to nurture body, mind, and spirit. Move from Vinyasa (active movement) to Yin (restorative poses) to explore the interplay between strength and softness, action and acceptance. All levels welcome.

Fridays at 9:00am - Breathe into the Basics

Perfect for those new to yoga or those looking to deepen their understanding of the basics. This practice includes breath awareness, and mindful movement. Slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with your body and breath for a quiet return to presence and to the self, one breath at a time.
